The Social CX blog seeks to kindle, explore, and capture an industry-wide conversation around social experiences and their impact on customer relationships and business.
One of the goals is to be a resource for organizations looking to advance their ability to provide exceptional customer experiences via social channels.

The core Social CX blogging team consists of employees of RightNow Technologies, in particular we are part of the Social Center of Excellence (one of six such COEs). Guest bloggers who don’t work at RightNow may pop up from time to time. While the work we do will certainly guide our thoughts and weave their way into our blog posts, the opinions expressed here are our own, and all company and customer confidentialities will, of course, be maintained.
